McLaren have given three hopefuls their first taste of a Formula One car.
European Formula Three champion Jamie Green and Euro 3000 runner Alex Lloyd earned the run as ex-McLaren Autosport BRDC Young Drivers of the Year.
They were joined by McLaren's long-time protege Lewis Hamilton, who lost out to Green in European F3 this season.
McLaren managing director Martin Whitmarsh said: "They all adapted well and put in a good performance. We hope they will have benefited from the day."
