Matt Neal seized the lead of the British Touring Car Championship with a double victory at Brands Hatch.
Neal gets off to a flier at Brands
The Honda team arrived at Brands on a high after Dan Eaves swept all three races at Thruxton.
But after Eaves crashed out of race one on Sunday, Neal held off Vauxhall's Colin Turkington for the win to take the lead in the standings.
Neal then won race two, with Eaves third, before Yvan Muller held off Eaves to take the last race.
Neal came home sixth in race three to let Eaves claw back some ground in the championship race.
Muller benefited from the reverse grid system to claim maximum points and stay in touch in the standings despite a difficult start to life with Vauxhall's new car.
Vauxhall dominated the series for four years with their last model but Muller's narrow win from Eaves was just their second of the season.
The Frenchman's consistency - and a small grid this season - have helped him remain in contention for the title and he left Kent just 11 points down on Neal. Eaves trails his team-mate by seven.
