Eriksson: Veteran with pace
Kenneth Eriksson
Eriksson: immense world championship experience
Now 42, Kenneth Eriksson has been a feature on the world rally championship for over 20 years.

Although he has four career victories, achieved in 1995 and '97 with Mitsubishi and Subaru respectively, it is his wide-ranging experience that has been particularly useful to Hyundai.

He can, nevertheless, still pull it out of the bag, as a fifth place in the New Zealand Rally earlier this season proved.

He is undoubtedly quick, even if he is perhaps a touch too aggressive at times.

And, most importantly as far as the Rally GB is concerned, he has a strong record in the UK - he has been third three times on the country's world championship round.
