11 mins: The game is being played at breathtaking pace as Rob Henderson almost sets Brian O'Driscoll free.
Joe Roff intercepts and almost breaks free for the Wallabies.
12 mins: The Lions destroy the Australian scrum five yards out and opt for another after the resultant penalty.
14 mins: The Lions lose their chance as Phil Vickery enters a ruck from the side and is penalised.
18 mins: Penalty for Australia. The Lions are again penalised for entering a ruck at the side and Andrew Walker slots a simple penalty. (3-5)
21 mins: Keith Wood breaks from a lineout to burst upfield, but indiscipline again costs the tourists.
23 mins: Walker misses a penalty attempt after Scott Quinnell is penalised for going over the top at a ruck.
31 mins: A Jonny Wilkinson penalty hits the top of the post. Another chance goes begging.
32 mins: Try to the Lions. Brian O'Driscoll rips the Aussie defence to shreds before off-loading to Jason Robinson, who draws his man to send Dafydd James over.

61 mins: Martin Corry is sin-binned after repeated Lions' infringements.
66 mins: Try to Australia. Andrew Walker cuts inside the Lions defence to blaze over the line.

68 mins: Try to Australia. The Lions are being stretched as Joe Roff slips a fantastic inside pass to Nathan Grey, who crosses the line.

74 mins: Phil Vickery is sin-binned for killing the ball as the Lions try to slow the game in the face of the Wallaby onslaught.
80 mins: Referee Watson calls time on a brilliant Lions performance.
