France's Stephanie Arricau, who led by two shots overnight, held on to win her third European Tour title with a final round of 70 in the KLM Open.
The 32-year-old had four birdies to finish on 12-under-par 204, one shot ahead of Germany's Anje Monke.
Nottingham's Liza Walters, in her second year on Tour, had a career-best result after posting a 69 for a share of eighth place on four under par.
Walters said: "This was just my second top 10 so I'm really pleased."
Arricau was never headed in the final round, although Monke, seeking a first win, pushed her close with a 69.
Australian rookie Leah Hart, who opened with a course-record 65, was just two shots behind the winner in third place on 10-under after a 70.
"It was great to win twice two years ago and this is another special moment," said Arricau, who will now have an eye on a Solheim Cup debut next year.
