Wilson finished 11th in this year's European Tour Order of Merit.
Mansfield golfer Oliver Wilson has secured a place at the 2009 US Masters, joining Worksop's Lee Westwood.
Wilson finished 39th in the end-of-year world rankings and is therefore among the top 50 players who are invited to Augusta, Georgia.
Westwood had already booked his place at the event by finishing 15th in last year's tournament.
Wilson is one of 15 players who qualified on the basis of their world ranking alone.
He joins the likes of Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose and Luke Donald in making the field.
The 73rd Masters takes place from 10-13 April 2009.
