Chigwell golfer Oliver Fisher hopes to bounce back from the disappointment of the Andalucia Open to win a European title before the end of the year.
The 19-year-old missed out on an historic win when he lost in a play-off to Frenchman Thomas Levet.
The Briton, three ahead with six left, was aiming to became the fifth-youngest winner in European Tour history.
He told BBC London 94.9: "I'll be back in contention more times this year and hopefully go on and win maybe one."
He added: "I think I coped with it pretty well. The decisions I made on the last hole were pretty good. I just hit a slightly bad tee shot."
It was Levet's first win for four years and after the event he said the Essex youngster could be Britain's next Nick Faldo.
"I was flattered to hear he said that. It's great to be compared to Nick. He's Britain's most successful golfer," said Fisher.
"Its a great comparison to be made and I'd love to be as successful as him one day."
