US rookie Brandt Snedeker captured his first PGA title after claiming a two-stroke victory in the Wyndham Championship in North Carolina.
Snedeker, who started the day five strokes off the lead, fired a nine-under par 63 featuring 10 birdies.
He finished two strokes clear of compatriots Tim Petrovic, Jeff Overton and Billy Mayfair.
Petrovic needed a birdie at the 18th to force a play-off but missed out after making a bogey.
Snedeker's win gives him a two-year US PGA exemption and a place at next year's Masters, an event he has previously only played as an amateur.
"One of my goals was to go back as a pro," he said. "To go ahead and realise that right now, I've got goosebumps."
