Woods wins PGA Tour player award
Tiger Woods has been named the PGA Tour
player of the year by his fellow
professionals for the 10th time.
The world number one is taking a break
from golf to try and save his marriage
after admitting to infidelity.
The 33-year-old won six of the 17
tournaments he started after recovering
from knee surgery, and he also had
three top-10 finishes.
Australian Marc Leishman, 26, was named
rookie of the year. He had three top-10
finishes including a second place.
