Will 2005 Open champion Tiger Woods be at Turnberry in 2009?

Turnberry has won the right to stage the 138th Open from 16-19 July, 2009.
It will be Turnberry's fourth Open since 1977, when it was added to the list of possible venues.
That year will be remembered for the legendary "Duel in the Sun", when Tom Watson beat Jack Nicklaus by one shot after the pair both birdied the last.
"There has never been any doubt that the Open would return to Turnberry, one of our very best links courses," said R&A director David Hill.
"But before reaching that decision we had to be convinced that every aspect of our forward planning process was in place to ensure a successful return."
Greg Norman won at Turnberry in 1986, carding a remarkable 63 in his second round after opening with a 74.
And in 1994 Nick Price outlasted Jesper Parnevik to seal victory.
