-9 B Morgan (Wal)

Home favourite Annika Sorenstam hit a course record 64 in her final round to clinch the HP Open in Sweden.

Sorenstam fired in two eagles and six birdies in Stockholm to clinch her fifth title on home soil and her sixth of the season.

The world number one finished two shots ahead of compatriot Carin Koch.

Welsh golfer Becky Morgan, co-leader with Koch after three rounds, was two shots further adrift in third with Scotland's Janice Moodie fourth.

"I really don't know where I got the energy from," said Sorenstam, who had complained of feeling tired earlier in the tournament.

"But I couldn't ask for a better day at home and in front of my home crowd and it's very special."
