Fredrik Jacobson is setting the pace at Loch Lomond
Fredrik Jacobson leads the way on 11 under as second round action continues at Loch Lomond.
All times BST 1755: Miles Tunnicliff is finding birdies difficult to come by and he is out of luck again at the 15th. 1745:Another par which could have been a birdie for Justin Rose as he again fails to cut Fredrik Jacobson's lead at the 15th. 1737: Agony for Miles Tunnicliff as he misses another birdie putt and stays on six under. 1727: Justin Rose remains at seven under after another par at the 14th. Sandy Lyle finishes with a par at the 18th for a 68 to stay on seven under for the tournament. American Matt Gogel makes a birdie at the 18th and he finishes on five under. 1720: A brave birdie by Sandy Lyle brings him back to seven under while Miles Tunnicliff also claims a birdie at the 13th and he moves to six under. 1712:John Bickerton, who looked like he might challenge the leaders at one stage, finishes on two under after three bogeys in his last four holes. 1710: Justin Rose has the chance of a birdie at the 13th but yet again he must be content with a par after his 10-foot effort is just off-target. 1700: Sandy Lyle's wayward second shot at the 16th costs him as he drops a shot despite a brave par attempt which lips out. 1658: Nick Faldo, who is on four over and struggling to make the cut has birdie attempts at the 13th and 14th but he cannot get either of them. 1647: Lee Westwood's woes continue and he will not make the cut after a triple bogey at the 12th brings him to eight over. Miles Tunnicliff just misses a long birdie putt at the same hole moments later. 1635: Justin Rose's luck seems to have deserted him and he has another par at the 12th. Sandy Lyle also misses a birdie chance at the 15th as the ball stops just short of the hole. 1630: Scottish amateur Barry Hume has a par on the 18th to finish on five under and he will enjoy another two rounds over the weekend. 1620: Another par for Sandy Lyle at the 14th and the Scottish crowd appreciate his efforts. Justin Rose drops a shot after his venture into the bunker at the 11th and he goes back to seven under. 1614: Justin Rose has a poor tee shot at the 11th and he misses the green and instead finds a bunker. Miles Tunnicliff narrowly misses an important par putt at the 10th and he slips further back. John Bickerton goes back to four under after a bogey at the 15th. 1606: Fredrik Jacobson finishes his round on a high with a birdie at the 18th to go to 11 under. Justin Rose has a birdie effort at the 10th but the ball drifts just wide of the hole and it is another par for the Englishman as he bids to close the gap on the Swede. 1546: Fredrik Jacobson misses a birdie chance at the 17th but manages to par the hole. 1544: Justin Rose completes his front nine on a high with a birdie at the ninth and he goes to eight under. 1540: Sandy Lyle's second shot at the par-five 12th drops perfectly into the hole to rocket the home favourite up the leaderboard on seven under. 1535: Both Justin Rose and Miles Tunnicliff drop shots - Rose at the eighth and Tunnicliff at the seventh and the advantage is firmly with Fredrik Jacobson. 1525: Richard Bland, whose caddy is ex-Southampton player Matt Le Tissier, finishes on three under. 1520: Another good par putt for Justin Rose at the seventh maintains his challenge on eight under. 1514: Fredrik Jacobson makes a three foot birdie putt at the 15th to go back to 10 under. Miles Tunnicliff gets his par at the sixth after chipping out from the sand. 1510: Miles Tunnicliff finds the bunker with his third shot to the par-five sixth and he faces a battle to save his par. Richard Johnson continues his challenge with birdies at the 14th, 15th and 16th and he goes to six under. 1505: Justin Rose recovers from his dropped shot at the fifth to par the sixth and maintain his challenge on eight under. 1447: Justin Rose drops a shot on the fifth to slip back to eight under. 1444: Paul Lawrie stays at three under par with a par at the fifth. 1440: Jacobsen misses the chance to take the lead at the 13th when he hits his putt just short, finishing the hole on par. 1427: Justin Rose birdies the fourth to go nine under and join Fredrik Jacobson at the top of the leaderboard. 1419:Jacobson drops a shot on the twelfth to go nine under. He now leads Justin Rose by just one shot. 1405: Myles Tunnicliff picks up another shot at the second with a spectacular shot from off the green to go to seven under and close the gap on Fredrik Jacobson. 1355: A poor start by defending champion Retief Goosen who moves to two over after a bogey at the second. 1353: Jacobson's run of birdies comes to an end at the 10th with a par. Justin Rose has his second par in a row at the second to continue his steady start. 1345: A good start by Miles Tunnicliff who birdies his opening hole to move to six under. 1335: Overnight leader Justin Rose starts his second round with a par after missing a birdie putt and he stays on six under. 1325: Fredrik Jacobson manages to continue his remarkable birdie run at the ninth to make it five in a row and go to 10 under. His compatriot Carl Petterson finishes with a 66 for the clubhouse lead on six under. 1310: Jacobson is on a roll with two more birdies at the sixth and seventh to move to eight under and he holds the lead. 1250: Another birdie from Jacobson at the fifth after a bogey at the fourth brings him back to a share of the lead on six under 1220 England's Simon Dyson has birdies at both the second and third to move to five under. Scottish amateur Barry Hume joins him on the same mark after a birdie after he also birdies the second. A birdie at the 13th gives Sweden's Carl Petterson a share of the lead. 1155: Fredrik Jacobson birdies his first hole to go to six under. Tom Lehman bogeys the 10th to slip back to five under.
