Apologies for featuring the boy wonder two weeks in a row, but let's face it - who else are people talking about?!

Wayne Rooney sent a shudder across Europe after bagging a brilliant hat-trick on his debut for Manchester United in the Champions League.

This superb picture was sent in by Simon Beattie and shows the teenage prodigy celebrating one of the three goals he put past Fenerbahce at Old Trafford.

It's a sight that will undoubtedly be all too familiar for the remainder of the season, as Rooney terrorises defences across the land.
