A bookmaker which took bets on singer Alicia Keys 'doing a Janet' and letting it hang out at the Super Bowl, has not had to pay out.
Instead Keys, who followed in Janet Jackson's footsteps by performing at the showpiece event, sang an immaculate rendition of "God bless America" in Jacksonville, Florida.
Broadcasters will certainly be thanking the Almighty that the singer remained fully clothed, after Jackson caused outrage in 2004 when a "wardrobe malfunction" caused her left breast to be exposed to 90 million people.
The CBS network was fined a record $550,000 (£306,814) as a result.
But it will not have to fork out this year and neither will Ladbroke's, who offered odds of 10/1 that Keys would 'accidentally' slip out of her costume.
Ladbrokes declined to give odds that half-time act Sir Paul McCartney would follow the stripping vogue.
And, although, the former Beatle did reach down to remove his jacket at one point during his set, all he revealed was a rather natty long-sleeved red shirt.
