Sachin Tendulkar is set to open a chain of restaurants around the world.

And who can blame him? Given his miserable form of late, The Little Master probably feels it's time for a change of career.

After a huge amount of thought, Sachin has decided his restaurants will be called 'Tendulkar's', but what will be on the cricket-themed menu?

We at BBC Sport Online were lucky enough to get a sneak preview.

Starters:

Vaughan cocktail:
Traditional English dish originating from Lancashire, but nurtured in Yorkshire. Matures with age.

Hegg mayonnaise:
The starter that wants to be a main, but never gets selected for the menu.

Main courses:

Pigeon pie:
Australian favourite - very unsettling, you won't like it.

Alec Stew:
Simple, no-nonsense, English cuisine.

Watch out for the Beefy-Lamb dish

Roast Beefy Lamb:
Popular English-South African combo. Warning, this fiery dish can leave you in all sorts of bother.

Hungarian Gangu-lash:
Seasonal dish. When it's good, it's very good - when it's bad, it's awful.

Apple Kumble:
Deceptively sweet and innocent - can soon put your tummy in a spin.

Black Forest Gatting:
If you're after something light and agreeable, avoid this.

Cheese and Waqars:
Go down very quickly.

Spare Vivs:
Look great, but likely to give you the runs.

So there you have it, a fine looking selection, with just one notable absentee that Sachin refuses to be associated with - duck.
