Super bloopers
BBC Radio's Rob Nothman has got together a collection of his favourite howlers - many of which happened live on air.
The 21st in the series has poor old Trevor Brooking trying to pronounce the name of a well-known racecourse...with hilarious results. Click the yellow box on the top right hand side to hear the blooper. Spot the Leopard Presenters will always tell you that, if possible, they like to have the chance to check a script before they read it out on air. There's nothing worse than encountering a name or a place you've never seen before. Trevor Brooking was never given that luxury when presenting Sunday Sport one week, and suddenly he was confronted by the name of an Irish racecourse... |
