Super bloopers
BBC Radio's Rob Nothman has got together a collection of his favourite howlers - many of which happened live on air.
The 19th in the series sees former Bristol number eight Bob Hesford getting brought down by language. Parrot fashion: Poor old Bob can't help repeating himself...repeating himself.
Occasionally in the midst of an interview, a phrase or a word enters your mind, and you find yourself repeating it over and over again. It's an affliction which can ruin any conversation. Bob Hesford was a rugged number eight for both Bristol and England. He went on to coach Bristol, but ran into a serious problem in one of his early interviews when the dreaded repetition disease struck.
