Super bloopers
BBC Radio's Rob Nothman has got together a collection of his favourite howlers - many of which happened live on air.

The 10th in the series sees Mike Harrison's interviewee stumped by a seemingly straightforward question.

Any reporter will tell you that the opening question to an interview is extremely important.

It sets the mood for the interview and can help put a nervous interviewee at ease.

Make a poor start, though, and often it's difficult to recover.

There is nothing wrong with the question asked here by reporter Miles Harrison - the problem is that the interviewee doesn't understand it properly.

Rest assured this clip didn't see the light of day - until now of course.
