Super bloopers
BBC Radio's Rob Nothman has got together a collection of his favourite howlers - many of which happened live on air.
The third in the series sees Rob's colleague Simon Brotherton and summariser Chris Waddle invaded by 'Zebedee'! 'Oh Brother!'
Here's a real favourite from the Bloopers archives at BBC Radio Sport. Technical hitches have become rarer over the years as communication links around the world have improved. Nowadays, the BBC can broadcast in quality sound from virtually anywhere - from Albania to Australia. The days of the dodgy phone line are fast disappearing, although occasionally, just occasionally, there can be problems. Here, commentator Simon Brotherton and his expert summariser Chris Waddle break away from the action to take in a live report on a mobile phone with hilarious results żż.. |
