The Team of the Year Award went to cricket's County Champions, Nottinghamshire, with their director of cricket Mick Newell collecting the Coach of the Year.
World record holding double-amputee marathon runner Richard Whitehead from West Bridgford, Nottingham, was named Disabled Sports Personality of the Year.
The Junior Sportsperson of the Year went to Sam Oldham from Keyworth, Nottingham.
Sam is the British all-around champion and won a gold medal at the Youth Olympics in Singapore in 2010.
Former Nottingham Rugby player, Dan Cole, beat off competition from his colleague Ben Youngs and Notts gymnast Sam Hunter, to collect the Brian Clough Breakthrough Award.

Cole, who now plays for Leicester Tigers, has established himself as one of England's top players during the year.
The Judges' Special Award was given to Andy Turner, who fought back from having his funding cut to win gold at the both the European and the Commonwealth 110m hurdles in 2010.
The judging panel included Olympic medal-winner Bryan Steel, former England football captain Dave Watson, regional director of Sport England Anne Rippon, sports editor of the Nottingham Post Dave Parkinson, and sports journalists from the BBC in the East Midlands.
