What is the BBC Football iPhone app?
The BBC Football iPhone app brings you minute-by-minute updates from the big matches, starting with the World Cup in South Africa. It features live scores, statistics, match line-ups and text commentary. The app has been released in the Apple App store by BBC Worldwide, the main commercial arm and wholly owned subsidiary of the BBC. BBC Worldwide's mission is to create, acquire, develop and use media content and brands around the world to maximise the value of BBC's assets for the benefit of the UK licence fee payer.
