Look back at the third day of sporting action at the Island Games in Aland.

Tuesday was a day of medals for the Channel Islands at the Island Games.

Guernsey's Kylie Robilliard took silver in Aland in the Women's 100m, while Jersey's Zane Duquemin took bronze in the shot putt.

Guernsey's Lee Garland made his eighth ever steeple chase medal a silver. And Guernsey duo Dom McLuskey and Pat Ogier took gold in the Tennis team event.

Sark also took home their first medal of the Games with a silver in the Men's Automatic Bull Trap event.

But the real medal haul came in the pool with golds for Ian Black and Katie Speller of Jersey and for Guernsey duo Robyn Le Friec and Ben Lowndes.

The last sport to get underway was golf with teams competing from Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney.
