Player Profile
Kirm was ever-present in his debut season for Wisla Krakow as they narrowly failed to retain the Polish league title. He signed a five-year contract with the club last summer.
Blessed with pace, he plays wide on either the left or right flank and was one of only two Slovenians to start every qualifier – the other being Milivoje Novakovic.
A fluent English speaker, Kirm’s only goal in the campaign was a header in the 5-0 rout of San Marino. He started his career in the Slovenian Third Division with Slovan in 2002, and two years later moved up a division to join Svoboda whilst still a teenager. He signed for top-flight club Domzale in 2005, scoring 22 goals in 120 games as they won back-to-back league titles in 2007 and 2008.
