An England fan's guide to Rustenburg


England's first World Cup match against the USA will take place in Phokeng in Rustenburg, South Africa on 12 June.

So what will await the fans when they arrive there? Jonah Fisher finds out - and meets Lucky Ramoroa, landlord of Lucky's Pub where many fans are likely to find themselves.
