Santos has scored 18 goals in 28 games for Tunisia

Tunisia striker Francileudo Santos has been ruled out of the North African side's World Cup opener against Saudi Arabia on 14 June with a shin injury.
Santos has had the injury for the last two weeks and he aggravated it in a friendly against a German amateur side.
"We know he's going to miss the first game for sure, and after that we don't know," said midfielder Mehdi Nafti.
Brazilian-born Santos has scored 18 goals in 28 games since taking Tunisian nationality in 2003.
