Spann was the Under-23 national team captain

Silvio Spann has been released from Trinidad and Tobago's World Cup squad after picking up a hamstring injury.
The 25-year-old sustained the problem during training at Carden Park, near Manchester, earlier this week.
"It's always hard, especially before a tournament such as this. It would have been difficult to be ready in time for the England game (15 June)," he said.
National team coach Leo Beenhakker will call on reserve player Evans Wise to take his place.
