English-based duo Park Ji-Sung and Lee Young-Pyo have been named in South Korea's 23-man World Cup squad.
Manchester United midfielder Park and Tottenham left-back Lee are joined by Wolves striker Seol Ki-Hyeon.
Park is one of 10 veterans who helped the Koreans reach the last four in 2002 and the most notable absentee is injured striker Lee Dong-Gook.
"We've a very balanced squad which can surprise a lot of people in the world," said Dutch-born coach Dick Advocaat.
"We showed in the past that we can do something.
"We still are in a very difficult group with France, Togo and Switzerland, but we are capable of making at least the second round and from that moment everything is possible."
