Keane out of second leg
Roy Keane
Keane has returned home to Manchester
Roy Keane is out of the Republic of Ireland's World Cup play-off second leg against Iran in Tehran on Thursday.

Keane was due to speak with Ireland's physiotherapist and then Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson before making a decision.

On Sunday afternoon it was announced that the midfielder had been sent home to Manchester for treatment on his injured knee.
