David Beckham capped a heroic performance by equalising for England in the 93rd minute with a stunning free-kick.

The free-kick was awarded after Teddy Sheringham went down under a challenge from Costas Konstantinidis 30 yards from goal.

Beckham stepped up and curled an imperious shot wide of Antonis Nikopolidis in the Greek goal.
