Douglas Royal win thrilling final

Douglas Royal have won the Sure Mobile Floodlit Cup after a dramatic 2-1 extra-time victory over Rushen United.

Vicky Worthington struck with two minutes of extra-time remaining to take the cup back to Noble's Park.

Eleanor Gawne had given Rushen the lead before Leanne Ashe equalised for the Whites before half-time.

In the second half it looked to be advantage Rushen when Royal's keeper Sam Jordan was dismissed but it was still all-square after the 90 minutes.
