Pohlers (r) netted two vital goals

Frankfurt's Conny Pohlers scored twice as they became the first team to win the Women's Uefa Cup three times.

Pohlers beat Johanna Frisk and slotted home before firing a second past keeper Ulla-Karin Rönnlund at her near post.

Lisa Dahlqvist netted a penalty for Umea after Marta was fouled, but Petra Wimbersky's 20-yard free-kick restored Frankfurt's two-goal advantage.

Frida Östberg's low shot reduced the deficit and Umea's Ramona Bachmann hit the bar as Frankfurt held on.
