Germany Women celebrate a goal
Germany are the current World Cup holders
Holders Germany eased to a 3-0 win over North Korea to reach the semi-finals of the Women's World Cup on Saturday.

Kerstin Garefrekes put Germany ahead in the 44th minute, beating three defenders before hitting a left-foot shot past keeper Jon Myong-hui.

Renate Lingor finished after Sandra Smisek's pass on 67 minutes, before Annike Krahn finished from close range.

North Korea missed several chances in the second-half, but Germany will now play Norway or China in the last four.
