Cheryl Salisbury's injury-time strike sent Australia through to the World Cup quarter-finals in a dramatic 2-2 draw with Canada in Chengdu.
Canada looked to have stolen the win they needed when Christine Sinclair headed home with five minutes left.
But Matildas captain Salisbury kept her cool to stroke home in stoppage time.
Melissa Tancredi put Canada in front on 32 seconds - the fastest ever Women's World Cup goal - but Collette McCallum levelled with a free-kick.
