Oruma scored Servette's winner against Real Zaragoza
Thursday's Uefa Cup results and scorers
Swiss team Servette recorded a famous win over Real Zaragoza. Wilson Oruma scored the only goal of the game with three minutes remaining to give his team a 1-0 aggregate win over their Spanish opponents. Liberec also knocked Spanish opponents out of the competition. Jan Nezmar scored a last minute goal against Celta Vigo to complete a remarkable comeback. Liberec trailed 3-1 after the first leg in Spain but won their home game 3-0 to complete a 4-3 aggregate win.
Niclas Jensen scored an 83rd-minute goal for FC Copenhagen in Amsterdam as his team beat Ajax 1-0. Jensen's was the only goal of the tie.
Troyes beat Leeds United 3-2 in France but Robbie Keane scored a crucial late goal for the Yorkshire club, who go through 6-5 on aggregate. George Burley's Ipswich staged a second-half comeback to defeat Helsingborgs. They trailed 1-0 at the break but scored three second-half goals to win the match and the tie 3-1. In arguably the shock of the round Chelsea drew 1-1 with Hapoel Tel-Aviv at Stamford Bridge and lose the tie 3-1 on aggregate. Chelsea needed to score four goals to win the tie after Milan Osterc opened the scoring for Hapoel in the first-half. But only Gianfranco Zola managed to score for Claudio Ranieri's team. Rangers defeated Dinamo Moscow 4-1 in Russia to complete an assured 7-2 aggregate win.
AC Milan beat CSKA Sofia 1-0 in Bulgaria to complete a 3-0 aggregate victory.
PAOK Salonika drew 2-2 with Dukla Pribram to complete a 8-3 aggregate win. There was a dramatic finish in the match between FC Twente and Grasshoppers. Twente won 4-2 but Benjamin Mwaruwaru's late goal for the away team ensured they won the tie 6-5 on aggregate. Hertha Berlin defeated Viking FK 2-0 to complete a comfortable 3-0 aggregate victory. Brondby trailed Varteks 3-1 after the first leg but won 5-0 in Denmark to progress through to the next round. Valencia beat Legia Warsaw 6-1 at home to complate a comprehensive 7-2 win on aggregate. Bordeaux won 2-0 at Standard Liege and win the tie 4-0 overall. Rapid Vienna drew 2-2 at home with Paris St Germain but the French club won the tie 6-2. Mario Jardel scored a hat-trick as Sporting Lisbon defeated Halmstad 6-1, winning 7-1 on aggregate.
