Brass has had success with loans in the past

York City boss Chris Brass is ready to look to the Premiership to keep his side in the promotion picture.
Brass has made an impressive start to his managerial career but feels now might be the time to strengthen his hand by dipping into the loan market.
"I am looking at one or two Premiership youngsters, and hopefully something will materialise," confirmed City's player-manager.
"It's an avenue we are looking to use because of the size of the squad we've got. If we lose three or four players the bench picks itself."
York enjoy a successful relationship with Sunderland with a number of young players having spent time at Bootham Crescent.
Striker Michael Proctor was a big success during a season-long loan at York two years ago, while goalkeeper Michael Ingham helped take City to within a whisker of the play-offs last season before returning to the Stadium of Light to challenge for a first-team place.
Brass is keeping tabs on players at a handful of top-flight clubs and hopes the success of past moves, which will not put too big a strain on his limited budget, can be repeated to keep his side around the top-seven.
"We're talking about players who are just about breaking through and who are looking for that bit of experience.
"It works both ways. It will help us out and give them the stepping stone to get into a Premiership squad," Brass added.
