Yeovil Town manager Russell Slade has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association.
He was charged in the wake of comments made following the 2-1 defeat against Southend United on 4 October.
Yeovil had Danny Schofield and Gary Roberts sent off but Schofield had his red card rescinded after an appeal.
Slade said after the game: "The referee had a bad day at the office. I asked him to look at the video and he said he didn't need to. That was arrogant."
