Yeovil Town manager Russell Slade has promised to do everything in his power to keep hold of midfielder Chris Cohen.
Midfielder Cohen has scored seven goals this season
A product of West Ham's youth academy, Cohen, 20 has earned rave reviews as Yeovil have reached the play-offs.
"It's not suprising Chris is attracting the interest of other football clubs," Slade told BBC Sport.
"We had an offer for him in the January window when Nottingham Forest were very keen. He is arguably one of our best players and he won't be going cheaply."
Cohen, who played as a 16-year-old for West Ham in the Championship in 2003, joined Yeovil in November 2005.
"Forest's interest has dwindled as they've pushed on to promotion, as we have done," added Slade.
"It depends if anyone comes in with incredible offer. He's still got another a year on his contract.
"He has a super season for someone who has only just turned 20.
"In his first full season in league football he has been terrific."
