Yeovil manager Russell Slade feels that clinching the deal to sign striker Marcus Stewart on a permanent basis has given the entire club a boost.
Stewart has enjoyed a successful loan spell at Yeovil this term
The 34-year-old has agreed to join Town on an 18-month deal on 1 January, after the remainder of his Bristol City contract was terminated last week.
Slade told Yeovil's website: "It is great news and shows that we are moving forward. We are very positive.
"We have Marcus in training now, trying to keep him as fit as we possibly can."
