Wycombe sign up defender Casement

Casement has been on loan at Hamilton this season

Wycombe Wanderers have signed 20-year-old Ipswich defender Chris Casement on a month-long loan.

Casement arrives as cover for defenders Lewis Hunt, David McCracken and TJ Moncur, who are all injured.

Wycombe boss Peter Taylor said: "I first tried to sign him whilst at Stevenage last year, but couldn't. I'm sure he'll enjoy his month here."

He has made six first-team appearances for Ipswich and should be in the squad to face Dagenham on Saturday.

Casement has represented Northern Ireland at both Under-19 and Under-21 levels, and has just completed a loan period at Scottish Premier League side Hamilton.
