Moncur played for Bradford against Wycombe in November 2008
Wycombe have made their first capture of the transfer window, signing defender TJ Moncur from Fulham.
The 21-year-old joins on a free transfer, with a contract that runs until the end of June 2010.
"Peter Taylor is a very good manager," Moncur told the club website. "It was very flattering he wanted to sign me."
Taylor said: "TJ is someone I've tracked for a while. He's a promising player and he's got an opportunity to play first-team football."
He added: "It's up to him to keep improving."
Moncur started out with Arsenal, but joined Fulham's Academy as a 16-year-old.
He has recently spent two loan periods at Bradford City, where he has totalled 25 league appearances. Had he made another appearance for the Bantams, they would have been obliged to give him an 18-month contract.
