Chairboys release striker Knight

Knight signed an 18-month deal with Wanderers in January

Striker Leon Knight has left Wycombe after having his contract terminated a year early by mutual consent.

Knight, 25, only joined the Chairboys from MK Dons in January, scoring five goals in 20 appearances.

He joins fellow striker John Sutton, who has joined Scottish side Motherwell, in leaving Adams Park.

Boss Peter Taylor told the club website: "We've come to an agreement with Leon and it's allowed him to look for a career elsewhere."
