Wycombe youth team coach Greg Heald is leaving the club at the end of the year to take up a teaching job.
Heald joined the League One side in the summer to replace Ian Culverhouse, who had been appointed head coach of the first team squad.
Richard Dobson, the head of Wycombe's centre of excellence will take over from Heald.
Martin Guy will join the club as boss of the Under-15 and Under-16 teams until the end of the season.
Managing director Steve Hayes told the club website: "I would like to put on record our gratitude for the excellent job Greg has done with the youth team.
"He has set the foundations that will stand the players in good stead during their apprenticeships."
