Neil Taylor refused to comment over his Wrexham future after the defender was once again linked with a move to Championship side Swansea City.

Taylor, who won his first Wales senior cap in Sunday's 2-0 friendly defeat to Croatia, was linked with a move in January before he was hit by injury.

"Obviously I'm keen to play at a higher level - that's what every player wants to do," said the 21-year-old.

"I'm just going to enjoy the summer, keep fit and see what happens."

Taylor has been hotly tipped for a move into the Football League after an impressive two seasons in the Blue Square Premier playing for Wrexham after coming through the trainee ranks.

His progress earned him a call up to the Wales Under-21 set-up and has gone on to win 10 caps.

The St Asaph-born product was then called up for Sunday's senior side friendly in Osijek and played the last 28 minutes of the defeat to Croatia.

"I was obviously happy to get called up and I sort of knew that the gaffer [John Toshack] was looking to bring on everyone so luckily I got my chance," added Taylor.
