Davies made his Wales debut against Slovenia in 2005
The paperwork came through in time for the front man to feature as a 65th minute substitute in the 1-1 draw at Plymouth on Saturday.
The 20-year-old moved to the Italian side from Oxford last season.

The target man, who has three Wales caps to his name, was on trial at Northampton, but decided on a move to the Championship side instead.
