Roussel goes on loan
Wolves striker Cedric Roussel is set to join Belgian First Division side Mons in a one-year loan deal.

The 24-year-old - one of manager Dave Jones' first signings for 1.5m from Coventry - will return to his home town after an unhappy 18 months with the Midlands club.

"We have reached agreement with Mons, Cedric and his agent" said chief executive Jez Moxey.

"Subject to the necessary paperwork being finalised, he will join Mons on Monday for a full season," he added.

"However, we will have the option to recall him, either to sell him or put him back in the squad in the month of January, 2003, which is when the new international 'transfer window' will be open."
