Taylor apologises to Woking fans

Woking chairman David Taylor has apologised to fans following the sacking of head coach Kim Grant.

Taylor attempted to resign on Wednesday morning, a move blocked by the rest of the Woking board.

He told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "I apologise to the fans for getting it wrong, with their support I will turn this club around."

Assistant coach Phil Gilchrist has been placed in temporary charge of footballing matters.
