Wigan Athletic goalkeeper John Filan has agreed a new deal to stay with the Championship promotion contenders.
Filan, who joined the Latics from Blackburn Rovers in December 2001, has signed a two-year contract extension running until June, 2007.
"My years here have been by far the most enjoyable and successful of my career and hopefully the best is yet to come," Filan, 35, told Wigan's website.
The Australian international has missed only one League game since signing.
