Ferdinand was seen out in America by a fan

West Ham boss Alan Curbishley will discipline Anton Ferdinand after the defender broke club rules to visit America for his 22nd birthday.
He flew out for a party two weeks ago - when the players had four days off but were told not to go abroad.
"I've spoken to him briefly and he will be disciplined. I asked him if it was true, he said it was and apologised," said Curbishley.
"But that is the least of our worries at the moment."
