West Brom striker Lee Hughes is optimistic that a full pre-season programme will help him rediscover his scoring touch.

Hughes, 27, missed out on last year's pre-season after being laid low by knee and calf injuries.
The Hawthorns striker reckons his no-goals return in the Premiership was a
consequence of the time he missed before the season began.
"Other players and the manager told me that if you miss a pre-season you
never catch up," Hughes told the club's official website.
"I didn't have one day in pre-season training and the last campaign didn't
count for me.
"Hopefully I can get a good pre-season under my belt and this season the old
