Burkinshaw gives up Watford job
Keith Burkinshaw
Burkinhaw has been with Watford since March 2005
Watford assistant manager Keith Burkinshaw has parted company with the club for family reasons.

The ex-Tottenham boss opted to leave in order to spend more time at home following a serious family illness.

Burkinshaw was appointed as Watford's assistant boss in March 2005 at the same time that Aidy Boothroyd was unveiled as the club's manager.

"It's a sad day for me that Keith has been forced to leave my side," Boothroyd told the club website.

"He has been, and will remain a dear and close friend, will always be welcomed back at Watford."
